About this project

Insights :

  1. The company has a total of 694 employees, with a little greater number (382) being males (55%).

  2. Those within the 60 to 70-year age group make up the greater percentage of the employees (28.1%), followed by those in the 50 to 60-year age group (17.1%).

  3. Most of the employees were hired in 2014 (20%), followed by 19.3% in 2017. The least percentage of employees were hired in 2018 (12.7%).

  4. Of the 694 employees, 85.3% (592) were still working with the company (active), while 14.7% (102) are those who either resigned or had their employment terminated by HR.

  5. Employees who left mentioned performance issues (36%) as their main reason for leaving the company, followed by a higher salary expectation (25%).

  6. Employees in the Administration & Z Management departments showed the most satisfaction (score: 5) in 2017, while employees in the Administration department were the least satisfied (score: 2) in 2015. Also, employee satisfaction is mostly related to performance. Only 3 people gave low satisfaction score who have been given PIP.

  7. The Buenos Aires and Montevideo branches employed the most (57) and least (12) number of employees respectively in 2015.

  8. Production Technicians have always had higher annual salary amongst given job titles.

  9. Investment in management position have been highest in 2014 with 3.3million followed by 2017 with 2.6million.

  10. Finally, the company had an attrition rate of 14.7%.
