Overview of Report:
Bubble Chat Technologies is a (fictitious) tech company that has just purchased "Inforiver" as its primary custom visuals to simplify and standardize reporting.
As an HR Data Analyst, I have been asked to develop an HR Dashboard for the company.
The report shows employee retention, attrition, and job satisfaction score analysis, disaggregated by gender, age group, hire year, marital & employment status, job title, branch, department & compensation.
Summary of Findings
The company has a total of 694 employees, with a slightly greater number being males (382).
Those within the 60 - 69-year age group make up the greater percentage of the employees.
Most of the employees were hired in 2014.
Of the 694 employees, 85.3% (592) are still working with the company (active), while 14.7% (102) are ex-employees who either resigned or had their employment terminated by HR.
Employees who left reported performance issues as their main reason for leaving the company, followed by a desire for a higher salary.
Employees in the Administration & Z Management departments were the most satisfied (score: 5) in 2017, while employees in the Administration department were the least satisfied (score: 2) in 2015.
The Buenos Aires and Montevideo branches employed the most (57) and least (12) number of employees respectively in 2015.
Finally, the company had an employee retention rate of 85.3% and an attrition rate of 14.7% respectively.
