Introduction: Marketing is a critical function for banks to promote their financial products and services to potential customers. With the growing competition in the banking industry, data-driven insights are becoming increasingly important to gain a competitive edge. In this project, we had used Tableau as a tool to develop a bank marketing dashboard that will provide insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends, to support marketing decision-making.

Objectives: The objective of this project is to develop a bank marketing dashboard using Tableau that will provide marketing teams with key insights into customer behavior and preferences. The dashboard will enable marketing teams to monitor marketing campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to achieve marketing goals.

Key features: The bank marketing dashboard includes the following key features:

Customer demographics, including age, gender, income, and education level.

Transactional data, including deposit and withdrawal amounts, transaction frequency, and channel usage.

Marketing campaign performance, including conversion rates, response rates, and ROI.

Customer preferences, including preferred communication channels, product interests, and service requests.

Social media sentiment analysis, including customer feedback and sentiment analysis.

Conclusion: The bank marketing dashboard developed using Tableau will enable marketing teams to monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, gain insights into customer behavior and preferences, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing campaign performance.
