About this project

Introduction: The human resources (HR) department is responsible for managing the most important asset of any organization, its workforce. With the increasing complexity of the modern workplace, there is a growing need for data-driven insights to support HR decision-making. In this project, we had used Tableau as a tool to develop an HR analytics dashboard that will provide HR teams with real-time data and insights to improve their decision-making processes.

Objectives: The objective of this project was to develop an HR analytics dashboard using Tableau that will provide HR teams with key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee recruitment, retention, and engagement. The dashboard will enable HR teams to monitor trends in HR metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to achieve organizational goals.

Conclusion: The HR analytics dashboard developed using Tableau will enable HR teams to monitor and analyze key HR metrics, gain insights into the workforce, and make data-driven decisions to improve organizational performance. The dashboard will provide a comprehensive view of HR data, enabling HR teams to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Ultimately, the HR analytics dashboard will help the organization to achieve its strategic goals and improve the overall employee experience.
