Parental Leave (Maven Challenge)

Based on the dataset, I was to explore the following:

• on average, how many weeks are granted for mothers and fathers (paid or unpaid);

• how common is it for companies to guarantee maternal or paternal leave (paid or unpaid);

• which companies and sectors offer the highest number of leave for mothers (paid or unpaid).
