Goal: To provide insights into the company's gross margin, net sale, and gross margin % to track progress towards KPI targets.

Business Need: The dashboard helps identify how stores are performing, which products sell the most, and which products have low margins. This helps the business make data-driven decisions and allocate resources efficiently.

The dashboard provides a scatter plot of net sales and gross margin, allowing the business to identifythe most profitable productse. It also has a division filter for yearly and quarterly analysis and highlights low-margin products that need attention. The tool is user-friendly and can be used manually.
