Bike Lane Data Analytics

Extracted street lanes data from BIT_DB and loaded more information into that database. Utilized common table expressions and windows functions so that I was able to find the necessary average safety rating between multiple technicians in order to determine whether or not a lane qualified as safe or needed reconstruction.
