They've had spikes in cancellation rates for the 3rd straight year, and need to quantify its impact on the business and find potential improvement opportunities.
The goal of the project was to answer these three questions:

The bottom line: overbooking same-month reservations in July & August can help fill the canceled rooms at a higher price and with a lower risk.
