After the ETL process and the fitting of relationships, DAX measures were created which served to feed the visualisation fields.

The project consisted in evaluating the performance month by month, during one year, of the main performance indicators of the different types of pizzas and their categories. Profit, revenue, cost, profit margin, sales peaks per day, week and month etc.
