Steelers Ticker Holder Visual Report

The purpose of this project was to take raw survey data from Excel, clean it up into a usable form, and create a visual display of key insights using Tableau. The end goal was to submit this visual report in a manner than could be distributed to people in the company to help aid in making decisions towards customer satisfaction.

Key Excel skills that were used to clean up the data included: search and replace, string concatenation, IF(), LEFT(), and nested IF()s.

In order to find important ticket holders to reach out to, I loaded the data into Microsoft SSMS, and used SQL to filter and query people with noteworthy data.

Finally, I loaded the data into Tableau, and created the visual report. This report included insights on demographics, satisfaction ratings, benefit usage, and much more. I provided all this information in a clear and concise way, in order to make the insights easy to understand.
