After completing the first phase of the call centre analytics for a hypothetical telecom company, the second phase focused on customer retention analysis. The Power BI Virtual Case Experience Program concluded with the final phase, which involved the analysis of workforce diversity in a company workspace.

Evaluate the bottlenecks
In this project, I effectively utilized SQL Server Management Studio to import data stored in CSV format.
Throughout this project, I employed SQL Server Management Studio to meticulously clean and prepare the data before seamlessly integrating it into the Power BI canvas for comprehensive analysis. I conducted vital data transformations, such as replacing and splitting values in the Employees Table. To streamline the process further, I consolidated all measures into the purpose-built Measures Table.
Upon ensuring the tables were meticulously cleaned and prepared, I leveraged Direct Query to load them into the canvas. In the Data Model view, I established a robust one-to-many relationship by connecting the ID column of the Measures Table to the ID column of the Employees Table. This enabled a seamless analytical process with a single filter bridging the two tables.
Consequently, I engineered a comprehensive set of measures to yield precise key performance indicators (KPIs) crucial for understanding the ever-important facet of diversity and inclusion in a work environment. To ensure clarity and facilitation of insights, I, thoughtfully constructed a rich dashboard housing an array of visuals to present the KPIs. This enabled me to provide in-depth insights based on the data showcased on the dashboard.
