About this project

Olive Ventures, a rapidly growing business, was facing challenges in inventory management, customer engagement, and sales performance. The company needed deeper insights to better align marketing efforts and inventory with customer demand. I was tasked with analyzing the company’s sales and customer data to uncover actionable insights that would improve decision-making and optimize business strategies. Using Power BI, I created interactive dashboards that visualized key performance indicators such as customer behavior, sales trends, and inventory turnover. I employed SQL to query sales data and customer segmentation, which enabled the identification of high-performing customer segments and product categories. Excel was utilized for data cleaning. The analysis revealed seasonal sales patterns and key customer segments, allowing Olive Ventures to optimize marketing strategies, reduce stockouts, and increase inventory turnover by 18%. This data-driven approach improved customer satisfaction, led to higher sales, and provided a solid foundation for future growth.
