The question for this OnyxData #DATA DNA challenge was very simple; "Can you identify the greatest Christmas song of all time?" Link to the challenge
The data came in 1 table with 13 columns and 387 rows, 78 distinct, 18 unique songs.
Because I didn't want to spend too much time, I just wanted to enter a "Happy Christmas" image on LinkedIn, I didn't really analyze on this one. The only thing I did was figure out which song has been, in total, in the chart, the longest. Which happened to be Jingle Bell Rock, a total of 28 weeks during 4 Christmas periods.
There are 3 visuals in this dashboard, from top to bottom, a stacked column chart, a table, and a matrix. In the table, I used data bars, "show bar only". You will find this option at Visual - Cell elements - Series ( choose the right column) - Data bars. You have to start with just a data column and transform into data bars.
Jingle Bell Rock in the Billboard top 100, has been performed most by Bobby Helms
I googled to find myself a background that I liked and gave me enough room to present a couple of visuals. For the visuals and the title text blocks, I used the colors of the background, white, red, and yellow. The titles are separate text blocks so I was able to use yellow text in between white.
