This project involves creating an interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze and track post-pandemic traffic recovery in New York City. It focuses on key transit metrics for subways, buses, railways, and bridge & tunnel traffic, comparing current trends to pre-pandemic levels.
Goals:
- Provide actionable insights into transit recovery progress.

Discovery & Presentation Process:
- ELT: Extracted raw data from sources, loaded it into a centralized repository, and transformed it to ensure consistency and usability for analysis.
- Analysis: Identified key trends, outliers, and correlations across transit modes.
- Visualization Design: Developed customized, user-friendly charts, including comparisons of ridership and traffic metrics to pre-pandemic baselines.
- Presentation: Created interactive features such as slicers and filters to allow stakeholders to explore data by mode, region, or timeframe, ensuring clear and actionable insights.
