My dashboard include three tabs:

1. Overview: show overview metrics, include- Total patient: 974

• Total vist: ~ 28k
• Average length of stay: 7 hours
• Distribution between Male & Female is nearly the same
• Encounters by Location: Boston has the highest number of encounters, followed by Weymouth.
• The most busy hour is 4PM on Sunday and 9PM on Wed
• % Revisit increased gradually by year although it dropped slightly in 2021

2. Procedure: Shows the insights**** related to procedure**** - Average procedure cost: $2.21K

• Average Length of procedure: 0.55 hour
• The most used procedure is Assessment of heath and social care needs while the most expensive procedure is Admit to ICU - Average procedure per encounter : around 3

3. Payer:- The payer coverage: 30.6%

• Nearly 50% of cost is No-Insurance
• The highest coverage payer is Medicaid, follow by Dual Eligible
• Wellness class has the biggest coverage rate by payer.
