Project Description:

This dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of delivery performance across various segments and ship modes. It leverages Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends, helping to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Key Visualizations:

• Delivery Target by Ship Mode: This chart displays the percentage of orders delivered within the target timeframe for each ship mode (First Class, Same Day, Second Class, Standard Class).
• Avg Delivery Time Split by State: A US map with each state color-coded to represent the average delivery time. Hovering over a state provides the exact average delivery time.
• No. of Orders per Delivery Time: This bar chart shows the number of orders for each delivery time range (4 days, 5 days, etc.).
• Avg Delivery Time per Ship Mode: This bar chart compares the average delivery time for each ship mode.

Insights:

• Second Class has the highest percentage of orders delivered within the target timeframe (95.58%).
• Same Day has the lowest percentage of orders delivered within the target timeframe (77.94%).
• Montana has the longest average delivery time (4 days).
• California has the shortest average delivery time (3 days).
• The majority of orders are delivered within 4 days.
• Standard Class has the longest average delivery time (5 days).
