About this project

This dashboard provides an overview of quarterly sales performance metrics, with a focus on opportunities won and lost across different time periods and by individual sales agents.

  1. Top Left Section: The "Total Opportunity" table displays the count of sales opportunities for each quarter in 2017, summing up to 4,238 opportunities by year-end.
  2. Deal Stage Breakdown: Below the total table, a breakdown shows opportunities by their outcome (won or lost), indicating a higher number of won opportunities (1,196 in Q4) but a slight decline from Q3.
  3. Opportunities Won Card: In the top center, a large card highlights the total won opportunities (1,196) for Q4, with a red indicator showing a decrease of 61 compared to the previous quarter.
  4. Win Percentage Pie Chart: A pie chart beside the "Opportunities Won" card shows the win percentage visually, using blue for won and orange for lost, providing a quick view of success rates.
  5. Sales Agent Table: The table at the bottom left lists each sales agent and the number of opportunities they handled by quarter, with Darcel Schlecht having the highest count for Q4 at 94.
  6. Sales Agent Bar Chart: On the bottom right, a bar chart ranks agents by their Q4 performance, visually reinforcing the top performers and allowing for quick comparisons among team members.
