This Power BI project leverages data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, SAP Business Objects (SAP BO), structured folders, and custom catalogs, to deliver a robust reporting tool for booking and promotional analysis. The dashboard highlights key metrics such as booking trends by port of departure, occupancy distribution, and cruise type analysis. A custom DAX-based calendar was created to dynamically manage date-related calculations, allowing real-time tracking of current and last month’s bookings. Visualizations include bar charts, line trends, and pie charts that help stakeholders compare performance and promotional impacts across different timeframes, ports, and booking categories.
