Project Objective:
In this project I conducted Supply Chain Analysis on AtliQ Mart's 90 thousand sales records from FY 2022 using Microsoft Power BI. The report created provides insights across cities, product categories and customers, enabling performance tracking, trend analysis, and optimization of supply chain efficiency.
Vital KPIs Tracked:
On-Time %, In-Full %, On-Time & In-Full %, Line Fill Rate %, Volume Fill Rate % and Average Days of Delayed Delivery etc.
Report Overview:
The mono-view scrolling report is divided into different sections, each serving a specific purpose:
- Glance at KPIs & Cities: A high-level snapshot of key supply chain KPIs On-Time %, In-Full %, and On-Time & In-Full %, with benchmarking against set Targets. Comparative analysis of KPI performance vs Targets and breakdown by Cities and Product Categories.
- Gaze at KPI Trends: An in-depth view of KPI trends, with drill-down capabilities to track performance on a Monthly, Weekly and Daily basis. Further segmentation by Cities and Product Categories, providing a clear understanding of trends over time.
- Gaze at Customers: A comprehensive customer-level breakdown of all 5 KPIs, filterable by Cities. Includes a scatter plot for segmentation, facilitating comparative analysis of On-Time % versus In-Full % for each customer.
- Gaze at Products: Detailed analysis of Line Fill Rate % and Volume Fill Rate % KPIs, segmented by Products and Product Categories, with Monthly breakdowns to track performance.
- Gaze at Customer Lead Times: A focused view on Average Days of Delayed Delivery KPI, analyzing delayed order trends across Cities and Customers, providing valuable insights into customer lead times.
