HR Analytics in Power BI

In this project, I used Power BI to analyze Atlas Company’s HR data, focusing on employee turnover and retention. I identified turnover rates, reasons for departures, and developed strategies to improve retention through specific measures and calculated columns. The findings were presented in interactive, visually engaging reports, highlighting trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and provide a clear view of the HR landscape.
