About this project

For the Maven Sales Challenge, I worked as a BI Developer at MavenTech, a company selling computer hardware to large businesses. They lacked visibility into sales data from their new CRM system, so I developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to help sales managers track team performance on key metrics such as total sales, number of sales, conversion rates, and average sales value.

The dashboard used CRM data from October 2016 to December 2017, allowing managers to monitor quarterly performance and identify areas for improvement. I ensured the dashboard was user-friendly by including a help page for easy navigation, making it accessible for non-technical users.

In this dashboard, you can view data by manager, sector, and open opportunities. I also added a dynamic bar chart with two numeric range sliders—one controls the number of items displayed, and the other adjusts page selection for smoother navigation. These interactive visuals are designed to enhance the user experience, making the data more actionable and easier to explore.
