About this project

A total of 500 rows were analyzed during the analysis process. The dataset was available in Excel which was loaded in PowerBi and cleaned using Power Query and visualized using various visuals. The following insights were found:

  1. The data was analyzed for the year 2010-2020 and it was noticed that the max churn rate was in the year 2020 with male being the major employees who left.
  2. The majority of employees who left belonged to the operations department followed by sales.
  3. The full-time vs Part-time distribution was 93% : 7%.
  4. The max number of employees were hired in the year 2016.
