The dataset included various details including Gender,Marital Status,Education level,Income statement,credit limit etc and our task was to analyze this to know the details and the behavior of Attrited customers. The following results were found upon analyzing this dataset.
- The bank had a total of 10k customers out of which 1627(16.07%) have attrited.
- Majority of Attrited customers are married females.
3)People in the age group 40-50 and earning less than 40k per year have high Attrition rate.
- Majority of attrited customers hold Blue Card.
- On an average, customers with 3 dependents have highest Attrition rate.
- Low Credit limit also serve as a reason for Attrition.
The dataset was available in Excel and it was analyzed and visualized using PowerBi.
