About this project

For this project, the goal was to analyze customer engagement data from a 30-day promotional campaign at Maven Cafe. The business need was to identify key customer segments and evaluate the effectiveness of different promotional offers and marketing channels. By exploring customer demographics, offer performance, and engagement metrics, the project aimed to uncover meaningful insights that could inform future promotional strategies.

Using Power BI, an interactive dashboard was created to visualize these insights, providing a clear understanding of which offers resonated most with customers, which channels were most effective, and how different segments of the customer base responded to the promotions. The insights gathered will guide targeted and data-driven marketing efforts moving forward.
