This project has been a significant milestone in my data analytics journey, enhancing my expertise in data modeling, DAX, and interactive visualizations. 🔍 Detailed Insights:
- Email Open Rates by Seniority and Department: Product Development department and Professional seniority level led the engagement with the highest open rates.
- Device Usage for Email: Desktop usage was dominant at 76.21%, indicating a preference for desktop over mobile for email communications.
- Email Sentiments: Legal Matters had the highest negative sentiment with 20 negative reviews, while Sales and Marketing had the highest overall email reviews with a balanced sentiment distribution.
- Email Traffic During Work Hours and Workdays: Recognizing peak email sending and opening times can help optimize communication timing, ensuring higher engagement and response rates.
- Device Usage for Opening Emails: Understanding which devices are most commonly used to open emails helps us tailor email formats and designs to those devices, improving readability and accessibility.
- Email Topic Trends Over Time: Tracking the prevalence of different email topics over time reveals shifting priorities and emerging issues, enabling proactive management and strategic planning.
