Description

The project is an analysis of the data obtained from data professionals in Kenya. The objectives of the project was to determine:

• State of employment in the data industry in Kenya
• Key metrics such as top employer industries, common work benefits and data tools mainly used.
• Salary compensation analysis, in reference to gender, data role, work setup and years of experience.

Project Execution

• Data cleaning with MySQL to ensure correct formats, data types, and handle blank cells.
• Using SQL queries to address key objectives.
