Goal: The goal of this project was to create a Tableau dashboard to monitor and analyze house sales in King County, Washington. The focus was on understanding daily average prices, distribution of house prices, and property characteristics to support real estate market analysis and decision-making.

Insights:

1. Daily Average House Prices: Monitored daily average house prices over time.
2. House Price Distribution: Evaluated the distribution of house prices in different price bins.
3. Property Characteristics: Analyzed the distribution of bedrooms and bathrooms.
4. Geographical Analysis: Provided a map view of house sales across King County.
5. Condition vs. View Analysis: Assessed the relationship between property condition and view quality.

Discovering and Presenting Insights:

1. Data Collection and Organization: Gathered house sales data, including sale prices, property characteristics, and geographical location, and organized it for analysis.
2. Data Visualization: Used Tableau to create a dashboard with visual elements such as line charts, histograms, and maps to represent house sales data.
