Goal: The goal of this project was to create a Power BI dashboard to monitor and analyze the performance of Zomato services across various cities. The focus was on understanding sales, ratings, user activity, and trends over time to support strategic decisions and improve service delivery.

Insights:

1. City Performance: Monitored sales, orders, user gains, and losses by city.
2. Sales Analysis: Evaluated sales performance across different cities and categories.
3. Rating Analysis: Assessed ratings provided by users across different cities.
4. User Activity: Analyzed user gains and losses by city.
5. Trend Analysis: Identified trends in sales, ratings, and user activity over time.

Discovering and Presenting Insights:

1. Data Collection and Organization: Gathered data on sales, orders, ratings, and user activity from Zomato's database, and organized it for analysis.
2. Data Visualization: Used Power BI to create a dashboard with visual elements such as bar charts, line charts, and maps to represent city-wise performance.
3. Trend Analysis: Conducted analysis to identify trends and patterns in sales, ratings, and user activity.
4. Interactive Features: Implemented interactive features allowing users to filter data by city, category, and date range, enhancing the ability to explore and understand performance metrics.

This project provides valuable insights to understand city-wise performance, identify top-performing cities, and support strategic decisions through a user-friendly and interactive Power BI dashboard.
