Goal: The goal of this project was to create a Power BI dashboard to monitor and analyze employee performance. The focus was on understanding individual employee metrics such as call and meeting targets, performance ratings, and overall activity to support effective management and employee development.

Insights:

1. Performance Tracking: Monitored individual employee performance against set targets for calls and meetings.
2. Call and Meeting Analysis: Evaluated the number of calls and meetings completed by each employee.
3. Performance Ratings: Assessed overall performance ratings for employees based on their activity and targets met.
4. Employee Details: Provided detailed information on each employee, including joining date, location, and employee ID.
5. Activity Trends: Analyzed trends in employee activities over time to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

Discovering and Presenting Insights:

• Data Collection and Organization: Gathered employee performance data, including call and meeting counts, performance ratings, and employee details, and organized it for analysis.
• Data Visualization: Used Power BI to create a dashboard with visual elements such as bar charts, performance indicators, and detailed tables.
• Trend Analysis: Conducted analysis to identify trends and patterns in employee performance.
• Interactive Features: Implemented interactive features allowing users to filter data by employee, date, and performance metrics, enhancing the ability to explore and understand employee performance.
