HR Analytics Project

Goal: The goal of this project was to create a Power BI dashboard to analyze employee attrition and demographics. The focus was on understanding attrition rates by age, education, salary, and job role to support effective HR strategies and workforce management.

Insights:

  1. Attrition Analysis: Monitored overall attrition rates and identified key trends.
  2. Demographic Breakdown: Evaluated attrition by age, gender, education, and salary slab to understand the demographic factors influencing attrition.
  3. Job Role Insights: Analyzed attrition rates by job role to identify high-turnover positions.
  4. Tenure Analysis: Examined attrition by years at the company to understand employee retention over time.
  5. Departmental Insights: Assessed attrition rates across different departments to identify areas requiring HR intervention.
