Goal: The goal of this project was to create a comprehensive Power BI dashboard to analyze sales data for Myntra. The focus was on understanding category performance, regional sales distribution, and customer behavior to support effective marketing and sales strategies.

Insights:

1. Category Performance: Monitored sales and discount trends by product category, identifying top-performing categories.
2. Regional Sales Analysis: Evaluated sales distribution across different regions to pinpoint high-demand areas.
3. Customer Behavior: Analyzed sales by weekday and customer demographics to understand purchasing patterns.
4. Brand Performance: Assessed sales and discount trends for top brands to determine their market impact.
5. Sales Trends: Conducted monthly and quarterly sales trend analysis to track performance over time.

Discovering and Presenting Insights:

• Data Collection and Organization: Gathered sales data, including product details, customer information, and regional sales, and organized it for analysis.
• Data Visualization: Used Power BI to create a dashboard with visual elements such as bar charts, pie charts, line graphs, and maps.
