Goal was to provide a user-friendly and visually appealing platform to track quarterly performance, addressing the company's need for data-driven decision-making.

Through extensive data analysis, identified key metrics and visualizations to enable sales managers to monitor team's performance effectively. The "Sales Performance" page offers insights into top clients, product sales, sector-wise performance, and sales trends over time. Meanwhile, the "Deals Overview" page provides a detailed breakdown of deals by client, sales agent, year, and deal stage, empowering managers to optimize their sales processes.
