About this project

Using a fictional dataset created by IBM scientists, I examined trends related to employees who have left a company. The objective was to determine which employees are at highest risk of attrition, so that the company can further investigate patterns and address as needed. For example, Sales Representatives had the highest attrition rate, so an actionable next step would be to talk to the Sales management and determine how we can limit turnover in that department.
