**Page 1 - Executive KPIs** The first report page provides a comprehensive overview of organizational sales performance with key performance indicators to monitor the following metrics: sales, profit, profit ratio %, and units sold. The trends for the current year are measured against the prior year actuals and YTD targets. Custom KPI card visuals reflect the nominal and percent differences between the compared years and targets. The Last Year Trend Lines and Target Lines bookmark navigator allows for toggling between the display of prior year trend lines and target goal lines in the card visuals to allow the user to choose how to compare performance trends. **Page 2 - KPI Scorecard** The KPI Scorecard page provides a snapshot of the sales revenue, profit, profit ratio, and units sold KPIs, including current performance, historical comparisons, and target goal achievement status. The bookmark navigator allows for the user to toggle between each sales metric to more closely monitor sales targets across the entire organization. **Page 3 - Division Sales** Provides sales data for individual market divisions and customer segments. This page features a custom bar column visual with error bars and an overhead variance line chart, allowing for simultaneous dynamic comparisons between month-over-month nominal and percentage sales differences. The bookmark navigator allows for toggling between sales year-over-year and sales target performance data. The user can also navigate to the sales details page with an additional bookmark at the top of the page. Here, tabular sales growth and target performance data is presented in a tabular format. **Page 4 - Product Sales** Similarly to the Division Sales page, a custom variance line chart is featured to allow for dynamic comparisons between product subcategories. The bar column chart utilizes native error bar techniques to present a smoother appearance as opposed to the default bar column visual format. A simple Star Schema format was used to model the data in Power BI. This model contains a central fact table titled "Sales" in addition to "Product", "Orders", "Customer", and a custom "Date" table as dimensions. Separate sales measures, KPI card measures, and donut chart measures tables are also included.
