About this project

Goal: The primary goal of this project is to leverage comprehensive data on electronic product ratings, encompassing various brands, categories, colors, and additional attributes. By conducting a thorough analysis, the objective is to unravel key insights that inform business decisions, enhance user satisfaction, and optimize product offerings.

Objectives:

  1. Brand Performance Evaluation:

    • Assess and compare the performance of different brands based on their reviews ratings.
  2. Category Trends and Preferences:

    • Explore patterns in user satisfaction across various electronic device categories.
  3. Color Impact Analysis:

    • Investigate the correlation between product color and reviews ratings to understand color preferences and their influence on customer satisfaction.
  4. Recommendation Influence:

Examine the relationship between the "recommends review" variable and reviews ratings to gauge the impact of recommendations on product satisfaction

5.Weight and Dimension Analysis: Investigate if there is a correlation between the weight/dimensions of electronic devices and their reviews ratings.

**** Quick Insight Top Performers: Logitech and Sony lead the pack with the highest "Excellent" ratings. Brand Comparison: Logitech and Sony have the highest percentages in the "Excellent" category. Logitech has the highest percentages in the "Good" and "Poor" categories. Microsoft, JBL, and Samsung have relatively lower percentages across all categories compared to Logitech and Sony.
