This Sales dashboard offers a detailed analysis of a Global Super Store Sales, emphasizing critical elements such as sales trends, product performance, key customer insights. It displays crucial metrics like YTD Sales, YTD Profit, CAGR, YoY Growth, Top and Bottom Performing Products sub-category . Additionally, the dashboard highlights revenue patterns categorized by region, market, customer, states.

The objective of the dashboard is to furnish the store with valuable insights and information drawn from the sales data. The dashboard aims to assist the business in the following ways:

• Identification of Sales Trends: The dashboard enables the store to monitor the evolution of sales patterns over time, examining them based on State, Sub-Category, and product. This insight aids in discerning high-performing areas and areas that may require enhancements. • Optimizing product performance: By highlighting the top-performing sub-category, the dashboard enables businesses to focus their efforts on those sub-categories that generate the most revenue. • What are the YTD Sales and Profit for the year 2015? • What is the Sales Growth? • Which are the Most and least Profit Generating Sub-Category? • Who is the most valuable customer for the store?

Findings:

• YTD sales for the Year 2015 is $4.3M and YTD profit for the year is $504.17K. • YoY Sales growth is 26% for the current year and Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) is 23.92%. • Most profit generating sub-category is Copiers (Profit:$260K) and Least profit generating sub-category is Tables (Loss:$64K). • Tom Ashbrook is the most Revenue earning customer over the years (accounting for $41K revenue).

Summary:

• While the overall sales performance has been good for the year 2015 (26% YoY), if we compare to the year-over-year sales growth of 2014 (27%), sales growth have been decreased by 1 percentage points. • Close inspection is required to find out the reason behind the poor performance of some sub-category (such as Tables).
