This project is about Analyzing employee performance to improve workforce management. The project allows me to apply my data analysis and reporting skills, showcasing my ability to clean and explore data, tell a compelling data-driven story.

To gain insights that can help improve workforce management by Implementing data cleaning procedures to ensure the dataset is in the correct format for quality assurance.

Addressing issues such as missing data, duplicates, and inconsistencies, thorough exploration of the dataset, and identifying meaningful insights.

constructing a comprehensive dashboard that showcases my analysis and data storytelling that answers the business formulated questions. Employing pivot tables and charts to present my findings and insights.
