Emergency room visits: be prepared to wait!

The initial questions that I wanted to determine where:

How many people have been to the ER over this period of two years?

Is there a specific gender that goes to the ER more frequently?

What is the wait time over this period, including the average wait time, and does the wait time have a seasonal trend?

What are the patient satisfaction scores over time, including the average score?

Is there a certain time and day of the week that the wait time is the longest?

Is there a difference in the number of people that go to the ER according to race?

Is there a referring department that the patients are sent from?
