Hello Everyone! I have analyzed the "Vrinda Store Annual Report" and created a powerful dashboard using Excel to gain insights that can assist Vrinda store

๐Ÿ“ Objective The primary objective of โ€œVrinda Store Annual Report 2023โ€ was to analyze customer behavior and sales performance and grow more in 2024.


๐Ÿ”ข Steps followed: ๐Ÿ” Data Extraction-Data was extracted in form of Excel(.XLSX) sheet. ๐Ÿ–Œ Data cleaning- This will ensure accuracy and reliability of raw data. Inconsistent values and NULL entries were fixed. ๐Ÿ”ข Data Processing: Two columns โ€˜Age Groupโ€™ and โ€˜Monthโ€™ were added for deeper analysis of dataset. ๐Ÿ“Š Data analysis: Pivot Tables were created for uncovering patterns and trends. ๐Ÿ“Š Data Visualization: Various Charts, graphs and slicers were created for visualizing the key insights.


๐Ÿ‘‰ Insights: ๐Ÿ“Œ Highest sale was done in the month of March. ๐Ÿ“Œ Women are more likely to purchase (64%). ๐Ÿ“Œ Adult age group (30-49) contributes the most. ๐Ÿ“Œ Top performing states are Maharashtra, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh. ๐Ÿ“Œ Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart contributed the most.

โœ… Conclusion: Target women customers of age group (30-49) years living in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh by showing ads/coupons/offers available on Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart.
