Ross, I hate this story but I love the analysis. Really well done! Especially liked how clear the summary is in the about this project session. Super succinct, but also tells the story really well. That's ideal. I also loved how clear the two trended charts are. Doing the % of income comparison is also really valuable context, and really highlights the problem even more / answers an important question. So it was great that you added it. In terms of constructive criticism, some minor things I would suggest are just a bit more explanation around definitions of metrics. I had some questions there. For example: - is median income per worker? Per household? - is percent of income based on pre-tax or after-tax discretionary income? And maybe also note the data source used. Really only minor feedback here. Great analysis overall. Housing affordability is a major problem, and you've done a great job highlighting how that's gotten even worse since the pandemic, telling the story in a way anyone can understand. Well done!
