About this project

In this Project we used raw transactional coffee sales data to build an interactive dashboard to explore and analyze coffee shop sales☕ .

OBJECTIVE:-

We are provided with 6months(Jan-June2023) of transactional data for Maven Roasters, a coffee shop chain with three locations in the New York City.

The Goal is to build a dynamic dashboard which can be utilized by the chain owners to identify trends & opportunities for the Business.

KEY INSIGHTS & RECOMMENDATIONS :-

Lower Manhattan seems to be the busiest on Mondays with most transactions between 7-10am. Towards 7PM we don't see any transactions at all.This may lead to Revenue loss & we should consider changing the operating hours for this store.

Barista Espresso seems to be the most popular choice in Lower Manhattan & Hell's Kitchen where as folks going to Astoria location prefers Brewed Chai Tea.

Green Beans seems to be the worst selling Product in Lower Manhattan &

Astoria Locations whereas for Hell's Kitchen it is Clothing.

Hell's Kitchen has the highest Avg Revenue/Day of $1,307 compared to other locations.
