HR Resignation Dashboard

*This dashboard is currently being used by my company. The data in this dataset has been changed for privacy purposes.

The purpose of this dashboard is for the Human Resources (HR) team to input resignation survey results so they can better understand why employees are leaving the company. This assists them as each HR representative collaborates with the Store Directors and other managers to find ways to improve employee retention rates across the company.

This exploratory dashboard created in Excel allows the user to select the store and department and see the survey results as per the selection.
