Employee Insights Dashboard

I designed this two-page dashboard to provide company executives with employee insights. The dashboard will show the number of active employees, the number of inactive employees. How many of the staff left voluntarily or involuntarily? We can slice the information to show for the different employment types and we can filter by male or female employees. We will also see which cost centre has the highest salary cost .

The second page will show information for the different business units throughout New Zealand.

I imported information from an excel file into Power BI. The data was clean and was ready to use.
