Data Professionals Survey Dashboard

The overall goals of this project were to extract the survey data, visualize it, and analyze the results. Some key insights I found were the outcome of the average salary for some of the data jobs out there. Data Scientists are making the most with an average salary of $93.8k whereas the average salary for a data analyst was about $55.3k. How happy were the participants with their salary and their work/life balance? On a scale of 0-10 (zero being the worst and ten being the best) out of the 630 participants, the consensus regarding how happy someone is with their salary is about 4.27. But, their happiness with their work/life balance is about 5.74. These numbers change depending on the country, with the United States having the highest happiness scores (5 for salary and 6.38 work/life) and India having the lowest scores (3.51 salary and 4.79 work/like). And lastly, the overall sentiment of how difficult the participants found it to break into the data field. 42.7% of the participants found it neither easy nor difficult to break into the data field, whereas 21.3% found it easy and 24.8% found it difficult.
