This dashboard allows users to see trends in data relating to employee presence. Using the available slicers, users can see the usage of sick time, vacation time, WFH days, etc. on an individual or company basis. These insights can allow the business to:
- Intervene during high points of illness
- identify common times of high sick leave and implement preventative measures at appropriate times
- Create a rotational in-office schedule
- identify what percentage of employees WFH often to learn the maximum number of desk spaces needed in-office at any given time
