About the Dataset

Dataset contains information on 7,043 customers as at Q2 2022. Each record represents one customer, and contains details about their demographics, location, tenure, subscription services, status for the quarter (joined, stayed, or churned), and more! Dataset also contains complimentary information on the estimated populations for the California zip codes in the Customer Churn table

Methodology/Findings

  1. High valued customers are the vital few # customers (41%) generating 80 percent of company's total revenue (Pareto analysis)
  2. There is a 75% likelihood that High valued customers who were retained IN Q2 2022 with Fibre Optic internet type, No Online Security and having less than $722 generated from them are at risk of churning in Q3, 2022
  3. Better devices and better phone service offers are top complains that need to be resolved in other to cut down churn risk.
