For this project, I created three dashboard pages. The first is the executive summary which gives an overview of revenue, orders, and returns with KPI cards showing the trend against the company goal in each of those categories. On this page, there is an overview of the total product ordered and the return rate of the product, and a subcategory of the total product ordered. On this same matrix, you can right-click on any product and drill through to the product detail page which will give you an in-depth look at the product. Some insights found on this page are the top product ordered and the product with the most profitability. The next tab is the product detail page which gives an overview of a specific item. This page allows you to review performance for orders, revenue, and returns vs its target for an individual product. There's also a forecast for profits and returns. A key feature on this page is showing the average retail price for the item vs the adjusted price. This allows the user to see what a price adjustment would do for profits. The last tab is the customer detail page. This gives you an overview of which customers buy from adventure works the most. It breaks down the customer demographics by gender, income, and occupation.
