Hello! As a CX analyst I'm making sure the customer's voice is heard and turning insight into action to drive better business decisions. I'm also fairly good in storytelling through data visualization, having achieved multiple victories and finalist positions in various international competitions.
Throughout my professional career, my main responsibilities included:
▶ Being NPS/CSAT expert and focusing on identifying actions which need to be taken to drive improvement
▶ Designing surveys/questionnaires
▶ Supporting business areas/teams to help them understand what they need to do to deliver best in class experiences for customers
