About the Project
Summary:
This project was to build a top-level KPI dashboard for the Executive team. The entire report is a future data-add and review-enabled.

Approach
My approach to this report is a simple one presented thus:

High-level reporting with additional context
Covers areas of number of Courses published, Subscribers, Revenue from paid courses, and Course content duration.
Single Page
Executive level KPI report needs to show a quick and clear picture containing clear and sufficient detail to know the overall performance and also the way to any areas that they may wish to further explore.
How is the Project structured?
The project is structured in a way and manner that will answer the following questions below:
What is the total number of Courses published?
What is the number of Paid Vs. Free courses published?
What are the most subscribed Courses and the subscriber’s entry-level?
Whether the number of subscribers was motivated by the Course content duration or not.
What are the top 10 paid Courses/ subject categories and entry levels?
What is the total amount of revenue derived from the paid Courses?
Key Insights
Majority of the Courses in most subscribed Courses belong to the Subject of Web Development followed by the Subject of Business Finance.
Subscriptions were trending positively and reached their peak in the year 2015.
Courses with shorter content duration have a higher number of subscribers compared to courses with longer content duration.
Majority of the Top 10 paid Courses belong to the Subject of Web Development at the Beginner level, Intermediate level, and All levels. but at the Expert level, the majority of the Courses belong to Business Finance.
