The problem

After analysis, it was found out that:

• High cancellations/rates cost nearly $1,000,000 in revenue losses last year during July and August, 2016.
• Reservations booked with more than one month in advance are causing most of the revenue loss.

• Overbooking same-month reservations to compensate for the cancellations since they cancel less and spend more!
